Today, a 38-year-old man was arrested after he committed violence and tried to have sex with a 74-year-old woman.

According to the police announcement, the 38-year-old man with the initials F.SH. has previous criminal precedents for the criminal offenses "Domestic violence" and "Arms without a permit".

"Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Pukë Police Station, detained the citizen F. Sh., 38 years old, a person with a previous criminal record for the criminal offenses of "Domestic Violence" and "Weapons without a permit".

His arrest was made after he used physical violence and attempted to have sexual intercourse with a 74-year-old woman.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër for the criminal offenses "Sexual relationship with violence with an adult remaining in the attempt". /CNA
