The murder of Valter Fjerza in Shkodër/ Police arrest another accomplice

The police of Shkodra have arrested a 22-year-old suspected and accused as a supporter of the author of the murder of Valter Fjerza, an event that happened in September of 2023.

The 22-year-old with the initials AM was located by "Shqiponja" forces and had a cutting tool with him.

The Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Shkodër has assigned to the 21-year-old the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses of "Commitment of the crime", "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime", and "Production and sale of narcotics".

The 22-year-old was wanted as a suspected accomplice in relation to the incident that happened on 21.09.2023, in the village of Hot i Ri, where, due to a momentary conflict, outside a bar, a VF citizen was shot dead

A cutting tool (knife) that he had with him was seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution, for further actions." /CNA
