The 65-year-old rapes and threatens to kill his wife in the middle of the road

In Tirana, a possible criminal incident in a family has been prevented.

The police were informed that on "Tomi Kristo" street, a citizen was abusing his wife and threatening to kill her.

As a result of quick actions, the citizen Sh. V., 65 years old, who was arrested in the act for the criminal offenses "Domestic violence" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", provided by articles 130/a and 278 of the Criminal Code.

During the search of the 65-year-old's apartment, the police services found and seized a knife-cutting tool, a Kalashnikov firearm, 4 combs and combat ammunition.

Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for further actions./ CNA
