A 23-year-old citizen has been arrested, suspected of having obtained a large sum of money through fraud.

As reported by the police, citizen SH took advantage of a minor citizen by presenting himself as a representative of a charitable foundation and saying that he needed money to perform a surgical procedure.

Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 4: 

- they arrested citizen SH, 23 years old, red-handed, after it is suspected that, while presenting himself as a representative of a charitable foundation, he took a sum of money from a citizen, deceiving him that they needed a minor citizen to perform a surgical procedure.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA
