During the coded operation "Tempulli", the 36-year-old man with the initials FK was caught by the police of Berat. The latter was selling doses of cannabis in a car wash, near a school.

His accomplice, the 38-year-old with the initials BK, is under investigation

Police Notification:

They were selling doses of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa, in a business (car wash) near the security perimeter of a school, the 36-year-old man was arrested in the act and his accomplice was prosecuted at large.

A quantity of narcotic cannabis sativa, divided into doses, and 1 mobile phone were seized.

Following the operational actions of the services of the Berat Local Police Directorate, within the framework of the nationwide police mega-operation, anti-drug, coded "Tempulli", information was obtained that in a business (car wash), near the security perimeter of a school in Ku?ovo, doses of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa were sold.

On the basis of this information, the Police services intervened in this environment, where they arrested the citizen FK, 36 years old, resident of the "11-janari" neighborhood, in the act. Also, they referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated in a free state for the 36-year-old's accomplice, citizen BK, 38 years old, resident of the "11-janari" neighborhood.

From the controls in this environment (car wash), the Police seized as material evidence, a quantity of narcotic substance cannabis sativa, divided into doses ready for sale.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Berat General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
