"Metamorphosis"/ Absence, requests and objections from SPAK, what happened in the session

The court session for the "Metamorphosis" case began this Tuesday at the GJKKO. It is learned that B. Bajri, E. Preka, A. Hasanbegaj were present at the session. The defendants P. Gjoka, A. Bilali and Xhevahir Lita were absent from this session.

Former police officer Oltion Bistri was also present. Bajri requested that the hearing be held behind closed doors and without the presence of the media.

SPAK opposed this request, stating that the legal conditions do not exist to conduct the trial behind closed doors, and the GJKKO dismissed the request.

Due to the absences, the judging panel, composed of Flora Hajredinaj, Irena Gjoka and Etleva Deda, decided to postpone the session to January 30 at 2:00 PM.

Meanwhile, SPAK requested the suspension of the detention period for the 7 defendants./ CNA
