Car crashes into curb on Lushnje-Berat road/ One injured

An accident occurred after midnight on the Lushnje-Berat national highway, where a “Golf 7” vehicle left the road near the intersection of the village of Qerret. As can be seen from the images below, the car collided with the side shoulders of the road, which pushed the vehicle into the interior. As a result of this accident, the driver of the EF vehicle, who was traveling alone, was injured.

He was transported to Lushnja Hospital to receive first aid, where, according to doctors, his condition has fortunately improved and is not life-threatening.

The place where the accident occurred is a black spot on this road axis where there have been numerous accidents resulting in death. Although it is known as such, no measures have been taken to solve this problem. /CNA
