Wanted for selling drugs/ Arrested 35-year-old in Dibër

Police Notification: 

Wanted for two criminal offenses in the field of narcotics, the 35-year-old was arrested and put in handcuffs.

Following the controls based on police intelligence, for the location and capture of wanted persons, the specialists of the Narcotics Investigation section of DVP Dibër, captured and arrested citizen IV, 35 years old, resident in the village of Staravec.

This citizen was declared wanted by the Tirana DVP, after the Tirana Court of Appeal sentenced him to 4 years in prison for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotic substances" and "Cultivation of narcotic plants", which he has to suffer and 1 year and 4 months in prison.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Dibër General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
