CNA learns that the arrest of two employees was made yesterday evening, after information that they were putting tabs on their phones.

The police station of Maliqi carried out a check on the premises of one of the arrested (owned by the father) in the village of Plasë, where they found phones that had placed sports bets. Among other things, WhatsApp communications were found on the phones of the two arrested, where they placed different sums of money in tabs. It is suspected that there are more than 150 tabs placed within a short period of almost a month.

Both employees of the municipality with the initials K.Sh. and SF were arrested after finding the conversations and photos of the clips that they kept on their phones, as well as the program that placed these sports bets.

For those arrested, certain criminal offenses such as "organizing or practicing gambling activities in violation of the law", "making available for illegal games" and "concealing income" are aggravated./ CNA
