The much-wanted Denis Bajri is arrested in Dubai/ Accused of murder

Denis Bajri Brajovic is arrested in Dubai. 

It is reported that the Albanian authorities have imposed a security measure of 'imprisonment' on the young man as part of the 'Metamorfoza' operation, where, thanks to SKY intercepts, he speaks with the king of gambling, Ervis Martinaj.

Bajri is accused of being the author of the murder of citizen Gjin Ndoji, committed in August 2020 in Shkodër.

Police Notification: 

The information provided by the structures of the State Police and exchanged in real time with partners in the United Emirates, enables the location and capture of an internationally wanted citizen, within the mega-operation "Metamorphosis".

The police operation codenamed "Rishtas" is finalized by the Police in the United Emirates.

The 36-year-old detained, accused by SPAK, of murder.

Following the continuous work, with the objective of locating, capturing and handcuffing the wanted citizens, the structures of the State Police have provided information that a citizen wanted internationally, for murder, was hiding in the United Emirates.

This information, immediately exchanged with the partners, through the coordination of the Interpol offices, has enabled the finalization in the United Emirates of the police operation coded "Rishtas", during which it became possible to locate, capture and put in handcuffs, with the aim of extradition in Albania, of the citizen DB, 36 years old, born in Shkodër.

This citizen is accused by SPAK, within the coded police operation "Metamorfoza", as he is suspected of being the author of the murder of citizen Gj. B. (N.), performed on 09.08.2020, in Shkodër.

Cooperation continues to carry out the extradition of this citizen to Albania./ CNA
