The First Instance Court in Shkodra has ordered the security measure "Arrest in prison" for Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani. After the hearing, defense attorney Sokol Tahiraj stated that the security measure was for the event that occurred on June 3, 2024.

"The conditions of detention of 2 citizens for an event that occurred on June 3, 2024 were being verified and the security measure of arrest in absentia was imposed. The moment we informed them that these persons were under investigation, we handed them over to the Shkodra judicial district police."

The case is still under investigation and there is no second moment for this security measure, so it remains a prison sentence. In this specific case, we are dealing with illegal possession of weapons, we are awaiting the investigation."

Sakica and Troshani are suspected of being two of the perpetrators in the quadruple murder in Dobrac, but the lawyer states that so far no criminal charges have been filed against them except for the case in the Rus neighborhood.

"Officially, we only have one security measure, which is the proceeding dated June 3, 2024. We have no other proceeding, we have a conflict between two parties for a parking lot and this has been normalized according to the statements given. Officially, there is no other issue."
