59-year-old man lost his life at work/Technical manager arrested, 2 people wanted

At the conclusion of the first investigative actions carried out in relation to yesterday's event in the village of Qerret/Kavajë where citizen HP, 59 years old, lost his life while working during the dismantling of a scaffolding and citizen SH, 36 years old, was injured in the leg in a building under construction, the Crime Investigation Specialists of the Kavajë Police Commissariat arrested in flagrante delicto citizen E. Xh., 68 years old, resident of Tirana, with the duty of technical manager of the works.

Regarding the incident, at the end of the initial investigations, citizen ED, 53 years old, resident of Golem, Kavaja, with the position of company administrator and at the same time contractor of works in the building, and citizen M. Sh., 31 years old, resident of Tirana, with the position of engineer of the construction company, were declared wanted for the criminal offense "Violation of safety regulations at work"./ CNA
