Ushtria izraelite, thirrje civilëve të largohen nga Rafahu

Ushtria izraelite ka kërkuar nga njerëzit në qytetin jugor të Gazës, Rafah, të lëvizin drejt një zone të zgjeruar humanitare.

Kjo kërkesë vjen para një ofensive të pritshme në qytet, ku më shumë se 1.4 milionë njerëz janë strehuar.

Forcat izraelite të mbrojtjes (IDF) thonë se ky është një operacion "me shtrirje të kufizuar" dhe jo një evakuim në shkallë të gjerë të Rafahut lindor që do të prekë 100,000 njerëz.

Të evakuuarit do të drejtohen në qytetet e tendave në Khan Younis dhe Al Mawasi aty pranë, ku ndihma do të jetë në dispozicion.

Sulmet izraelite në Rafah thuhet se vranë të paktën 12 njerëz gjatë natës, ndërsa tre ushtarë izraelitë u vranë në një sulm me raketa të Hamasit pranë kalimit Kerem Shalom.

Ndërkohë bisedimet që synojnë sigurimin e një marrëveshjeje armëpushimi në Gaza dhe lirimin e pengjeve kanë ngecur, me Izraelin dhe Hamasin që thonë se nuk do të japin terren për kërkesat kryesore.

Kryeministri izraelit Benjamin Netanyahu tha se "dorëzimi" ndaj kërkesave të Hamasit do të ishte një humbje. Shefi i Hamasit Ismail Haniyeh akuzoi Netanyahun për sabotim të bisedimeve./ CNA
