The last three uncounted boxes/ Pristina goes to a runoff, how do the results

In the municipality with the largest number of inhabitants, Pristina, three ballot boxes have remained uncounted. The current results show that LDK candidate Përparim Rama is in the lead with 33.76% or 34,752 votes. 

He is followed by the Vetëvendosje Movement candidate, Hajrulla Çeko, with 33.05% or 34,022 votes. Third is PDK candidate, Uran Ismaili, with 27.77% or 28,588 votes.

Since no one has secured over 50% of the votes, candidates Rama and Çeko will go to a runoff in the second round on November 9. /CNA
