Chief diplomat Josep Borell, at the press conference after the meetings with Prime Minister Kurti and President Vucic, said that they have not reached an agreement regarding the decision on license plates and travel documents.

Borell said the two leaders agreed to continue the discussion and return for talks before September 1.
