Tense situation in Kosovo/ Borrell calls Kurti and Vucic

The head of the EU's foreign policy, Josep Borrell, called the prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the Serbian president, Aleksandër Vucic.

His phone call was triggered by tensions in the north of Kosovo.
