State Department spokesman Ned Price said during a press conference Thursday that the United States does not expect formal high-level dialogue with Russia in the near future, after Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke briefly during a meeting of G20 diplomats in India.
