Rejects court order/ Kurti does not appear at the Prosecutor's Office

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, and leader of the 'Vetëvendosje' movement, Albin Kurti, has rejected the court order and did not appear at the Prosecutor's Office today.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti was scheduled to appear at the Special Prosecution Office at 10:00 AM to testify on the state reserves issue.

The Basic Court in Pristina ordered Kurti to appear as a witness today, February 4, but Kurti followed his agenda for the day and at that time announced that he would participate in the laying of the foundation stone of the new kindergarten in Gjilan.

"The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, the Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci and the Mayor of Gjilan, Alban Hyseni, will lay the foundation stone of the new kindergarten in Gjilan. The laying of the foundation stone will take place tomorrow, March 4, 2025, at 10:00, in the "Livadhet e Arapit" neighborhood in Gjilan," the MEST announcement states./CNA
