"We want real peace"/ Zelensky: We believe in supporting the Americans

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, through a recent reaction on social media, emphasized that he wants to achieve peace with Russia as soon as possible, but added that he also seeks guarantees that the agreement will not be violated in the future. 

Among other things, Zelensky added that he wants to work closely with America and Europe on the path to peace.

"We continue to work with our partners, we have held talks and we expect to take further steps in the future. It is very important that we give meaning and direction to diplomacy to end this war as soon as possible. We want a real peace and Ukrainians are the ones who want it the most because this war is destroying our cities."

"We are losing lives, we must stop the war and ensure security. We are working together with America and our European partners, we have great hope and confidence in the support of the United States of America on this path to peace. Peace must be achieved as soon as possible," Zelensky said. /CNA
