The former vice-president of the Serbian List, Millan Radoicic, has testified in the capacity of a citizen for the attack on the Kosovo Police in the north of Kosovo.

The news was confirmed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia (MIA).

"Milan Radoicic responded to the invitation of the state authorities of the Republic of Serbia and today at 10 o'clock, accompanied by his lawyer, he entered the premises of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to give a statement as a citizen about the circumstances of the tragic event in the city of Banjska, early in the morning of Sunday, September 24, 2023", says the announcement of the Serbian Ministry.

The ministry announces that Radoicic's statement will go to the High Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade in the form of a report, and then the latter "will undertake further procedural measures and actions under its authority."

On Friday, Radoiçiçi took responsibility for the attack on the Kosovo Police in the village of Banjské in Zveçan on September 24.
