The alarm is raised in Italy/ There is a risk of flooding the ship with 500 immigrants

About five hundred people, including many women and children, are found in the middle of the sea, on a fishing boat, in the area of ??Sarri in Italy, the Italian media write .

The emergency alert came after several people contacted the ship's board. 

The organization, which operates an emergency hotline for migrants in danger at sea, said on Twitter that it had informed "competent authorities" for emergency intervention. The ship left Libya and is south of Sicily in Italy's maritime search and rescue (SAR) area, Alarm Phone added.

This is the second case after the event last month, where twenty people lost their lives.

The fishing boat that sank in February was transporting immigrants from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia and Iran./ CNA.al
