Nënshkruhet vendimi për liberalizimin e vizave për Kosovën në Strasburg.

Në këtë ceremoni mori pjesë zëvendëskryeministri Besnik Bislimi, kryetarja e Parlamentit Europian, Roberta Metsola, ministrja suedeze e BE-së që përfaqëson presidencën e Këshillit të BE-së, Jessika Rosëall.

Të ftuar janë edhe kryetari i LIBE, Juan Fernando Lopez Aguilar dhe raportuesi për vizat e Kosovës, eurodeputeti Thijs Reuten

Kujtojmë se Parlamenti Evropian miratoi dje vendimin për liberalizimin e vizave për qytetarët e Kosovës.

Hapi i vetëm që duhet të bëhet pas nënshktimit është botimi i vendimit në Gazetën Zyrtare të BE-së dhe hyrja në fuqi e tij.

Pritet që nga 1 janari i vitit 2024, shtetasit e Kosovës të mund të udhëtojnë pa viza në Zonën Schengen./ CNA.al
