100 kg of cocaine are seized in Norway/ 6 Albanian citizens are handcuffed, among them a woman

The Norwegian authorities have carried out an operation where they have seized 100 kilograms of cocaine.

During this operation, 6 Albanian citizens were arrested.

According to foreign media , it is learned that a woman was among those arrested.

The cocaine was found in a car and is understood to have been transported to Norway on a cargo ship.

The narcotics were hidden on the outside of the ship and discharged during the night while the ship was in port in Husnes.

The 6 handcuffed citizens are accused of serious criminal offences, that of drug trafficking. According to the Norwegian Customs Authority, they have no direct connection with the ship.

The police are now extensively investigating the case and will try to determine why the people came to Husnes, what they were doing before they were arrested, what plans they had and to what extent the various people were involved in drug trafficking./ CNA.al
