After months of intelligence gathering to identify key targets, an operation took place in February, the details of which can only now be made public for operational reasons.
During the week of action, hundreds of law enforcement officers conducted more than 630 home searches and 107 people were arrested.
The operation was extended to Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Albania, Moldova, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine, United Kingdom. /CNA
