Kurti: It is time to implement the basic agreement between Kosovo and Serbia

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, made a phone call with the Foreign Minister of Italy, Antonio Tajani, where it was stated that both agreed that the basic agreement should be implemented to calm the situation in the north of Kosovo.

"I had a telephone conversation with Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani earlier today. We both agreed that it is time to implement the Basic Agreement and calm the situation in the north.

On Memorial Day, we honor the brave who have sacrificed their lives to protect freedom. We are eternally grateful for the protection of our lives and liberties afforded us by American forces. This protection is present today when KFOR forces help our institutions to maintain peace", writes Kurti./ CNA.al
