Clashes in the north/ Rapporteur for Kosovo in the EP: It is not up to us to make the decision

The rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament said that it is not up to internationals to make decisions about what is happening in Kosovo.

Von Cramon said that only Albin Kurti's government can decide for Kosovo and that the EP is committed to bringing Kosovo into the Council of Europe.

"It is not up to the internationals to make the decision on what is happening, it is up to the government of Kosovo. We are just expressing our concern."

As for DASH's statements about tensions in the North, Cramon said they are the harshest she has ever heard. "I think that we should not be in that situation holding those positions because this does not solve the situation in Kosovo nor the dialogue process".
