The Anti-Corruption Agency has published the asset declarations for senior state officials for 2025, including President Vjosa Osmani and acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

Kosovo's President, Vjosa Osmani, and acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, have made public their asset declarations for 2024, which were recently published by the Anti-Corruption Agency.

President Vjosa Osmani has declared the assets she possesses, including housing, land, houses, cars and more.

As part of the declaration of ownership of Vjosa Osmani, only a piece of land purchased with savings and debt in 2016 in the amount of 35 thousand euros was declared as real estate.

Meanwhile, a flat purchased with savings and loans was declared as the property of her husband, Prindon Sadriu.

A collective garage, a house in Australia worth 170 thousand euros.

Also, a residence purchased with savings, debts and from the sale of the apartment in Pristina worth no less than 208 thousand euros. Also declared was a residence in Australia purchased in 2023 worth 510 thousand euros (purchased from the sale of the house in Australia, from family savings and others).

A Mercedes car purchased in 2022 worth 10 thousand euros was also declared in the name of Prindon Sadriu, Vjosa Osmani's husband.

Cash in current account, Vjosa Osmani declared that from salary and wages 2,511.00 euros.

And in an Australian bank, $116 was reported as the husband's savings.

As for the loans or obligations that President Osmani and her husband have, they declared: An unpaid installment of 16 thousand euros for housework and a loan for the payment of housing in Melbourne, 40 thousand and 500 euros.

From his annual personal and family data, Osmani stated that he had annual income of 33,104 euros from the president's salary, and 11,639 euros from per diems and trips abroad.

Also declared there were the husband's salary as annual income of 11 thousand 68 euros and from rents in Australia of 12 thousand 500 euros. Payments from court decisions within the framework of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 19 thousand 233 euros and salaries from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs exactly 2 thousand 795 euros.

Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti has added 250 euros to his savings compared to a year ago, according to the asset declaration he made to the Anti-Corruption Agency.

Kurti has declared 1,800 euros in cash savings from his salary, while in his previous declaration he had 1,550 euros.

According to the declaration, Kurti had an annual income of 20,278.12 euros from his net salary as prime minister.

Kurti has not declared having benefited from per diems from official trips abroad. In his asset declaration form, Kurti has noted that he has no other income besides his salary as prime minister.

In real estate, he declared the 67 square meter apartment in his wife's name.

According to him, the value of this property is 400 thousand euros, which according to the declaration was obtained with a loan that lasts until 2052. The apartment was purchased in 2018.

His wife's declared net salary is 44,100 euros, employed at "NUPI" in Norway.

He has declared liabilities worth 250 euros for the apartment's rent and 170 thousand euros remaining to pay for the purchase of the apartment in his wife's name.
