The 50 most financed investment projects in 2023/ The Llogara Tunnel leads

Among the most financed investment projects in 2023 were those of road infrastructure, according to a list compiled by the Ministry of Finance for the realization of budget investments, according to the items of the projects in 2023.

Further, the escarpments on Rruga e Arbri were on the top list of the most financed projects in 2023, with around ALL 1.37 billion.

The rehabilitation of the railway line Durrës - Tirana - Rinas was financed with a value of 1 billion ALL.

Data from the Ministry of Finance show that the list of investments had a financing program of 121 billion ALL for 2023, but 106 billion ALL, or 87%, have been realized.

The most productive voice of the state treasury suffers from the high non-realization of the plan and the concentration of allocations in the last two months of the year.

The official data of the Ministry of Finance show that during the month of December 2023, 430 million euros were paid in the item "public investments".
