In December of last year, the show "Stop" was in Vlora about the problem of students who have completed their legal studies in 2022 at the private University "Pavarësia", where they were matriculated and awarded a diploma.

They began their master's studies at the "Ismail Qemali" University and in the second year they got in the way, as the Scientific Educational Center did not enroll them, calling their diplomas invalid, since the university was not accredited. The vice-rector of the "Pavarësia" university, Siri Hoxha, said that the diploma of this university is regular and the solution should be sought in the ministry.

The culmination of this story is the recognition as valid by the Ministry of Education of the diplomas issued by the "Independence" University College and not by the Educational Services Center. In December 2023, the Ministry of Education sent a letter to the Public University of Vlora and the Center for Educational Services, with the suggestion for the matriculation of students.

Meanwhile, the University of Tirana and Vlora, where the students were registered for the second cycle of studies, put them in the exams and graduated, but they continue to remain blocked as the Center for Educational Services is silent and does not respond to the Ministry's suggestion.
