Shalsi is alluded to have 7-folded his wealth in 10 years and hid it.

The suspicions were raised this Thursday by the head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi.

Bardhi denounced that the SP deputy hid his wealth behind his wife, son-in-law, and son-in-law.

According to his statement, it is about the amount of 1.8 million euros that has been hidden in the name of third parties.

Bardhi declared in the Assembly this Thursday that Shalsi's wealth has increased by 590 million euros in the last 10 years, although he and his wife have a monthly income of 1,700 euros.

"You have to explain to the Albanians when you refer to well-being, you refer to the 7-folding of your wealth, from the old 90 million lek to the old 680 million lek. If I repeat, they found your name and surname and 1.8 million euros of hidden assets. You will return the illegal assets to the Albanians so that the well-being of the Albanians increases", he said.
