Silard Allushaj says that 6 months after his release he was arrested for the first two crimes and told that he was wanted for 3 and a half years while he was in prison. But who guarantees me that the prosecutor, when the reasoned decision comes from the court, then the period of animation by the prosecutor begins, who guarantees me that the prosecutor will not appeal and after 3-4 years I will be arrested again and they will tell me that you have been searching for 4 years. The prosecutor claimed that I had evaded justice and did not want me to be released, but to serve this sentence. I didn't cheat, I didn't run away or anything. For this 14th day, a lot of work has ruined me, the family is stressed, my mother has started her heart medication again. It stressed me out, I was fired from my job.

Silardi says that he cannot even ask for compensation, only to clarify his position. At the Vlora police station, after being released, Silardi continues to live in search.
