The former prime minister, Sali Berisha, says that the action in the Parliament caused the news to spread throughout the world's media, and in this way Rama has received a stamp in the media.  

He says that PD must be opened and this will be done when fear is killed and the lion within the citizens is awakened.

According to him, the symbolic act in Parliament is to awaken the lion in the people.

"With this method we managed to open the news and in all the headlines the commission was the main issue. On the international level, in the media, Rama has received a stamp. Fear is a major factor. Why Albanians should unite and vote for us. First they have to kill the fear. That symbolic act we are doing in Parliament is to awaken the lion in the people. The lion wakes up because the flaming has become global. In 2 centuries you can hardly find a budget passed in 4 minutes. The Democratic Party must present an alternative, openness, give you answers to the problems faced by Albanians. But Rama multiplies everything by zero because he introduces the gangs," said Berisha.
