Murder near the "Fan Noli" school / Preliminary hearing held at the Tirana Court

A preliminary hearing is being held today at the Tirana Court for the murder of 14-year-old MC near the "Fan Noli" school in the capital. 

The perpetrator of the murder, a 14-year-old peer, is accused of murder under aggravating circumstances against a minor.

Also present at the hearing were the 14-year-old's parents, Engjëll and Florina Cani, who were seen entering the courtroom.

We recall that the murder of the minor occurred on November 18, 2024 in Tirana, by a peer just 200 meters from the "Fan Noli" school in Tirana. The incident occurred 3 days after a conflict between two teenagers inside the school, for trivial reasons, which on that day seemed to be closed, but resumed on the day when the tragic event occurred. /CNA
