New academic year/ Students in auditoriums, lecturers on the streets

Today begins the new academic year 2022-2023, where 19,400 students will join the auditoriums for the first time. 

Today should have been their first day of classes, but in some universities in the country classes have not started normally in all universities of Albania. 

Although the demand of the lecturers for a salary increase is legitimate, the right of the students to be educated remains equally legitimate, since any boycott during the teaching schedule is to their detriment. 

The University of Shkodër is one of the universities in the districts where classes have not started, while as the teachers have warned, the boycott will start at 10:00, after the introduction of the lecturers to the students of the first years.  

So in the districts, learning seems to continue normally.
