A video has circulated in the media raising rumors about the health of the number one of the White House.
During a speech, Biden mentioned a congresswoman who is no longer alive.
He asked "where's Jackie?", referring to the congresswoman who died in a car accident in August of this year.
It is about Jackie Walorski who lost her life in a car accident in August.
