On Friday, the Court of Tirana has left unchanged the security measure "arrest in prison" for Andrew Bode, who is accused of murdering Edmond Papa.
During the hearing, Bode denied the accusation, claiming that it had nothing to do with the murder of Edmond Papa.
'I will bring witnesses who have nothing to do with the murder of Edmond Papa! I didn't surrender, I didn't trust the police! I will report them. I didn't leave, I was in Albania," said Bode in court.
In the prosecutor's file, it is stated that Bode is the main suspect as the executioner of Edmond Pope, this is proven according to the prosecution body also from the film footage and from the telephone cells that have ascertained his presence near the scene at the time when the murder was committed.
Andrew Bode is charged with the criminal offenses of "Premeditated murder", carried out in cooperation, and "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" ./CNA
