He tried to kill the prosecutor/ The property of the socialist deputy's

Based on the provisions of Law no. 10192 dated 03.12.2009 "For the Prevention and Punishment of Organized Crime and Trafficking Through Preventive Measures against Wealth", the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime registered on 22.01.2021 property proceeding no. 2, in charge of the citizens of Redjan Ray etc.

In the function of the investigations of this property proceeding, many investigative actions have been carried out and at their conclusion today on 13.10.2022 the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime addressed the Court with the request for confiscation of assets as follows:

Pasuria apartament, me sip 76 m2 (Tiranë), regjistruar në emër të shtetasit R. Rraja.

Pasuria, me sip 30 m2, njësi (Tiranë), regjistruar në emër të shtetasit R. Rraja.

Pasuria njësi me sip 127.5 m2 (Tiranë), e regjistruar në emër të shtetases M. Ç. por që është në zotërim të tërthortë nga shtetasi R. Rraja.

Pasuria garazh me sip totale 18.09 m2 (Tiranë), regjistruar në emër të shtetases M. Ç. por që është në zotërim të tërthortë nga shtetasi R. Rraja.
