SPAK submits its claim/ Here's how many years in prison it is seeking for Fatime Kryemadhi, Piro Xhixho and Ema Çoku

SPAK has filed a claim for the file against Fatime Kryemadhi, Pirro Xhixho and Ema Çoku.

According to reports, SPAK has requested 7 years in prison for Fatime Kryemadhi, due to the shortened trial, the sentence is reduced to 5 years in prison. SPAK is requesting that the prison sentence be converted into 5 years of probation.

For Piro Xhixho, SPAK has requested that the sentence of 4 years and 6 months in prison due to the summary trial be reduced to 3 years, but a 4-year probationary period has been requested.

For Ema Çoku, also accused of money laundering, committed in collaboration, SPAK requested a sentence of 7 years in prison, which, due to the summary trial, is reduced to 4 years and 8 months in prison, but a probationary period of 5 years has been requested.
