Ajola Xoxa's key person/Former financier vacates office in GJKKO

Today, the Special Court is holding a hearing against Ajola Xoxa's former financier, who has become a fugitive from justice, Adela Kondakçi, former prison police officer Fatjon Baçi, and other defendants who were separated from the "Veliaj" file. 

The lawyer for Ajola Xoxa's former financier, Adela Kondakçi, has stated before the court that his client has violated the law, emphasizing that she was pushed and influenced by the orders of Ajola Xoxa, the wife of the arrested mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, who is in prison on 13 serious criminal charges.

The lawyer emphasized that Kondakçi has helped uncover the truth for the justice system.

"Not only has it not benefited, but it has been made available to justice and has had a cost for its transparency. It has helped to uncover the truth for the justice systems," he said.
