The head of the Socialist Party parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, has mocked Arlind Qori's MP, Redi Muçi.

Balla addressed Muçi saying that he was accidentally in the Assembly hall after becoming part of it because of another MP.

He said that Muçi entered the Parliament like a thief.

"You have no political or moral right to speak on behalf of the people, in this hall because in the name of the people there is a certain majority from the vote of a year ago. You are simply and only accidentally in this hall you came because of the resignation of another MP. You came like a thief. I am not making fun of the protest.
