Minister Taulant Balla is in Shengjin, from where he stated how the situation from the fires is presented.

Balla has stated that until now there are 5 active foci. He stated that in this case we are not dealing with a deliberate arson.

The minister informed that all structures are on duty to extinguish the fire and protect the lives of the residents and their property.

Balla said that so far no hotel has been involved in the fire. Damage assessments will be made after the fires are extinguished.

"We are not dealing with a deliberate arson. All structures are up to the task. We do not have a hotel involved in the fire. Even in the three-story apartment, the fire did not come from the surrounding area but from a roof. We will do damage assessments later. We must guarantee the lives of the residents", said Basha./ CNA
