This afternoon, an extraordinary session was held in the Assembly for the dismissals and new appointments of the Rama government.

The session starts with debates and with the opposition protesting the rejection of their request for a debate regarding the government's changes.

The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, argued fiercely with Lindita Nikolla, telling her that she lied to the Assembly about the illness and that the truth, according to him, is that she was dismissed by Rama as a rag.

Amid tensions and debates, ministers Taulant Balla, Niko Peleshi, Ervin Mete and Elisa Spiropali were dismissed.

Also appointed were Ervin Hoxha, Petrit Malaj, Taulant Balla, Bledi Çuçi, as well as Elisa Spiropali, who is now the Speaker of the Assembly.

Rarely, Prime Minister Edi Rama was present at the session today.

On the other hand, the entire opposition blocked the floor by not voting for the changes.
