"Promote yourself and not the movies"/ Robert Aliaj's message to

Singer-songwriter Robert Aliaj says that it is necessary for Albanian society to clean up politics.

In the show "Now" on "Euronews Albania", Aliaj stated that politics is not interested in doing anything, not even decommunization.

"Television is showing these films. I am referring to the television because it is the television that shows them. It will become a movie issue, there are bigger issues. We are condemning the act, not the criminal. We are not dealing with those who established democracy and were all communists. The problem for Albanian society is to clean up politics. Kick out the people who have blackened our lives. Politics has no interest in doing anything", he emphasized.

The Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party has submitted to the Assembly a draft law within the initiative for decommunization.

The purpose of the draft law is that films, documentaries, songs, television programs or even various moments that remind and glorify the communist system are banned in the country./euronews
