Note/ How Pjerin Ndreu becomes funny

The Mayor of Lezha, Pjerin Ndreu, has filed a police report today, alleging that a fake account on the social network 'TikTok' has published edited photos and videos with offensive captions against him.

It is about a TikTok account that posts derogatory content against the mayor of Lezha.

Ndreu makes this complaint, while 'TikTok' has been shut down, as claimed by telephone companies and ISPs (internet service providers). This is because the DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) device has been installed, which bans this application in Albania.

Now the question is, well, whoever opened a VPN and uses it to denigrate Pjerin Ndreu or the Socialist Party candidates, how does Pjerin Ndreu access 'TikTok' to watch them, while 'TikTok' has been closed and banned in Albania.

Good for the one who denigrates it, but Ndreu who opens an account to see how those who, in fact, shouldn't have 'TikTok' at all denigrate it.
