The State Election Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, invited to the "Opinion" show with journalist Blendi Fevziu, once again explained the steps for registering voters from abroad in "PER", explaining that they cannot register if they do not have an Albanian means of identification.

"It takes about 7-8 minutes as a registration process. 53% of those who have created an account on PER have done it on their first attempt. This is impressive for us. 1.1 million Albanian voters are abroad and 2.6 are here. We have built the system so that everyone can register on the platform."
