The Prosecution Office imposed security measures/ The names of Tirana

Today, the Tirana Prosecutor's Office has issued security measures for 5 Tirana Municipality officials and three entity representatives.

They are facing charges of falsifying documents and abuse of office in connection with the demolition process of buildings in the Kombinat area after the 2019 earthquake.

The names of Tirana Municipality officials have been revealed, including the heads of Civil Emergencies, IMT inspectors and the head of the Compensation Policies Sector, against whom the prosecution imposed the security measures of "House Arrest" and "Compulsory Appearance".

 

The names of the officials for whom the Tirana Prosecution Office has issued arrest warrants are:

-Aurel Boriçi, director of Civil Emergencies at the Municipality of Tirana, has been placed under "house arrest"

-Eleana Guçe, head of the Natural Disaster Compensation Policies Sector at the Municipality of Tirana, has been assigned the measure "Compulsory appearance". 

-Aurel Çuko, General Director of Civil Emergencies, has been placed under "House Arrest"

-Rexhina Rakipi, IMT Specialist, Tirana Municipality, has been assigned the measure "Compulsory appearance".

-Sokol Qehajaj, IMT Specialist, Tirana Municipality, has been placed under "House Arrest".

-Aleksandra Mahmutllari, works supervisor, representative of BOE "Maging shpk & Imes-D shpk", has been assigned the measure "Obligation to appear".

-Shyqyri Maloku, legal representative of BOE “Arb & Trans-2000” shpk and “KLAJGER Konstruksion” shpk and Administrator of the Entity “Arb & Trans -2000”, has been assigned the measure “Obligation to appear”.

-Fatmir Firi, legal representative of BOE “Arb & Trans -2000” shpk and “KLAJGER Konstruksion” shpk, has been assigned the measure "Compulsory appearance"./CNA
