It touches Albanian soil for the first time/ Zelensky's reaction

President Volodymyr Zelensky has reacted to his visit today to Albania within the framework of the Ukraine summit taking place in Tirana.

In his response, Zelensky writes that today he is in Tirana to meet a staunch friend of Ukraine.

"Today I am in Tirana. I will meet with Edi Rama, an uncompromising friend of Ukraine, and I will participate in the "Ukraine-Southeastern Europe" summit.

We will conduct negotiations with the Prime Minister of Albania and his team for defense and political cooperation, support for the Peace Formula and work on security agreements. Albania is one of the countries that joined the G7 Vilnius Declaration, for which we are very grateful.

At the "Ukraine-Southeastern Europe" summit, which is being held for the second time, we will talk about our common path towards the Euro-Atlantic goal.

I offer to support Ukraine's efforts to ensure a just and lasting peace, the organization of the Global Peace Summit in Switzerland. I will hold bilateral meetings with the participants of the summit", writes Zelenesky./ CNA
