Activist Evi Kokalari has reacted by saying that she has been sued at the doors of the courts of Edi Rama, by the PD deputy Belind Këlliçi for the political accusations that she has regarding the elections in the leading structures of the PD.

We recall that Ms. Kokalari in these courts of Edi Rama, sued in November 2019, MP Ervin Salianji, and declared the court decision in her favor as a great victory.

When he announced this victory against Salianji in 2019, was it not the SPAK and the courts of Edi Rama ?!

Or the courts belong to Rama when Këlliçi sues and they do not belong to Rama when Evi sues ?!

Por mesaduket zonja kërkon të shpëtojë nga padia duke u shprehur se ajo është politike, në fakt e di shumë mirë, se në Gjykatën e Tiranës, për të nuk është depozituar asnjë padi për akuza politike, por për akuzat penale.

Zonja Kokalari ka deklaruar se Belind Këlliçi ka marrë 1 milion dollarë në fushatë dhe se ka lidhje me botën e krimit. Këto janë akuzat që ajo duhet të sqarojë dhe vërtetojë në dyert e gjykatës së Tiranës.

Cilat janë lidhje me krimin? Si do sqarohen këto? Se këto nuk janë akuza politike, këto janë akuza penale.
Gjithashtu po i kujtojmë zonjës se ajo ka kërcënuar edhe mediat, konkretisht CNA.al dhe stafin e gazetarëve, duke i quajtur xhobaxhinj dhe idiotë, këto nuk janë akuza politike, këto janë akuza publike penalë, të cilat zonja gjithashtu duhet ti sqarojë dhe ti vërtetojë.

We understand that the lady does not know where to keep it now and wants to call these political accusations, and will get out of the situation.
The lady has only one way to get rid of the lawsuits, apologize publicly and assume the costs of the bills. But the problem does not lie with the Albanian justice of Edi Rama, it is nothing, its problem is with the lobbying it has done in Albania and the statements it has to make before the American institutions.

It is clear that Evi Kokalari has a problem with American justice, because he came to Albania, from September last year until May of this year, he lobbied and did not declare any expenses and source of income there. /CNA.al
