Disappearance of property files in the Tirana Cadastre / Prosecution launches

The Tirana Prosecutor's Office mainly launches investigations into the criminal offenses of "Abuse of Duty" and "Disappearance and theft of documents" for the loss or other damage of the Tirana cadastre registers

Prokuroria pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Tiranë, duke marrë shkas nga deklaratat e bëra në mediat e shkruara dhe audiovizive nga ana e Drejtorit të Përgjithshëm të Agjensisë Shtetërore të Kadastrës, Z. Artan Lame, lidhur me humbjen apo dëmtime të tjera të faqeve të regjistrave të kadastrës, për zonat në zhvillim të Tiranës si Farka, Ndroqi, Shën Gjergji etj, ka filluar kryesisht, hetimet duke regjistruar procedimin penal nr. 4807 datë 21.06.2022, për veprat penale të “Shpërdorimit të detyrës” dhe “Zhdukjes dhe vjedhjes se dokumentave”, parashikuar nga neni 248 dhe 192/a i Kodit Penal, pa autorë të dyshuar.
