Similarities and differences between Edi Rama and Pedro Sanchez

DP MP Belind Këlliçi says in a post on social media that Prime Minister Edi Rama and his Spanish counterpart Pedro Sanchez have some things in common.

Këlliçi writes that both have their family members under accusation, as being involved in affairs and abuse.

But according to him, the difference is that in Spain, denunciations by organizations, the media, or the opposition against the Prime Minister's family members have turned into concrete accusations.

The similarities and differences between Edi Rama and Pedro Sanchez!

Pedro Sanchez has some things in common with Edi Rama. They are in European socialist forums, they have frequent contacts, and they even show solidarity in difficult times. Both have family members under accusation, as being involved in affairs and abuse.

The difference is that in Spain, the justice system there has taken the denunciations of organizations, the media, or the opposition against the Prime Minister's family seriously and turned them into concrete accusations.

Sanchez's brother and wife are defendants, suspected of abusing the power that comes from their relationship with the head of government. 2 years ago, Sanchez was preparing to resign.

Edi Rama made a public reaction in those days, telling him not to back down, not to be cowed by slander. So he attacked Spanish society and justice for being the one who was blaming the head of government there. The investigations are currently in depth and Rama's friend is in critical days!

The denunciations, suspicions and accusations that are here against Edi Rama's family members, from Xibraka to the call centers and tenders of the ANA, are monstrous compared to those in Spain, where there is much less abuse.

But here, even though justice has surrounded the areas where the Prime Minister's family members operate, has filed charges and taken measures against several individuals, it does not reach the Prime Minister's inner circle.

Because Edi Rama, unlike Sanchez, when he does not dictate or control justice, he blackmails it and uses every instrument to obstruct it.

This brings us to the biggest difference between the two friends.

Justice in Spain has no problem going to the prime minister's family, while here it dares not even think about it, even though their affairs and involvement are much more serious.

Unlike what is happening in Spain, here justice must be done by the citizens since the regime has immunity and enjoys inviolability. / CNA
